Before we begin nourishing our gut, we need to heal and lower inflammation. We are setting the foundation for restoring our healthy gut microbiome by removing highly inflammatory foods and common sensitivities.
BALANCE
Now that you have plenty of good bacteria, we have to keep them well fed. This step is essential for using fiber and starch to your benefit and proper gut maintenance.
PROLONG
In order to keep your gut healthy and the momentum going, let’s make this into a lifestyle. As we finish up, we will reintroduce foods back into your diet, incorporate clean products, continue daily detoxification and self-care practices.

Most of us have had our fair share of fad diets. We’ve grown accustomed to eliminating the symptoms by eliminating the food. Restrictive diets, avoiding food groups, and strict “detoxes” have only resulted in a fear of food and no long-term solutions. Food heals and nourishes, we just have to let it!
